Schréder

Schréder is a Belgian lighting company. It was founded in 1906 in Liège by Jules Schréder. Until 1936 the company was a supplier of electronic components. now they are busy making lighting.

well-known lighting that was and is often used is the Altra and the Teceo. Schreder is now more concerned with LED luminaires

 Fixtures

Some well-know and Schréder from now and the past:

One of the older fixtures is the Schréder PQ, a pendant MV fixture. It was very popular as here in the Netherlands and in Belgium.

The Schréder GSO, one of the olderer LPS fixtures from Schréder. And its an actual beautie. It wasn't that popular in the Netherlands, but it was in belgium. Nearly every highway had them!

The Schréder TZ series, on the picture you see the TZF, with TLD 18w. The other versions had PL-L, and the most beautiful, the TZS with LPS.

A posttop fixture from Schréder is the Alura, popular around the whole world. Many run on PL-L but there are newer models with LED.

The Schéder Altra, a more popular fixture here in the Netherlands, with it having PL-L or SOX. Can be found om the small roads as on the bigger roads

The Onyx is also a pretty popular fixture in some citys and i quite like it, many of them have HPS lamps inside, but there are some exeptions.

Nowadays Schréder still produces streetlightning, the first LED fixture from Schréder was the Teceo. Also one of the first LED fixtures being placed in my home town
